Dusty Paddock Home — Products & Orders
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship across Australia and aim to use recycled, recyclable, or compostable packaging wherever possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order locally?
We offer local delivery within postcode 4720. Delivery is free for orders over $60, or $5 for orders under $60. Local pickup is not currently available.
What materials are your products made from?
We prioritise durable, natural, and low-waste materials including stainless steel, linen, cotton, wool felt, and beeswax.
Do you offer wholesale?
We may consider wholesale opportunities. Please contact us with details about your business via the Contact page.
Dusty Paddock Pines — Christmas Trees (Coming 2027)
When will Christmas tree rentals be available?
Dusty Paddock Pines is planned to launch for Christmas 2027. Join our newsletter for updates and early access to bookings.
Are the trees replanted after Christmas?
No. Traditional Christmas tree species are not well suited to Emerald’s climate. Trees are carefully maintained and reused for many seasons while healthy and manageable.
When a tree becomes unsuitable, it is responsibly mulched and returned to the earth.
How does the rental process work?
You select your tree, enjoy it over the festive season, and return it after Christmas. Full details will be available closer to launch.
What sizes will be available?
We plan to offer a range of sizes suitable for homes, apartments, businesses, schools, and community spaces. More details will be shared closer to launch.
Sustainability & Packaging
Is your packaging sustainable?
We aim to minimise packaging and use recycled, recyclable, or compostable mailers wherever possible, along with paper fill instead of plastic.
Why mulch trees instead of replanting them?
Mulching reduces the risk of introducing pest species or environmental issues in suburban areas, keeps organic material out of landfill, and aligns with local climate conditions.
