Refund policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. When you are entitled to a refund or replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The item is significantly different from the description on our website

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. What we do NOT accept returns for
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in handmade items (e.g. slight differences in fabric, stitching, or texture)

3. How to request a return
Email us at hello@dustypaddockfarm.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and advise next steps.
4. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
5. Refund method
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
6. Return shipping
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a return is approved in other circumstances, return shipping may be at your expense.
